Indian Healing Clay

You knew this was going to be on the list, didn’t you? If you haven’t tried it yet – this is one of the most deep cleansing blackhead removers.

It really just pulls everything out of you, which is amazing when you consider that this blackhead mask is totally, completely natural. No products found. is composed purely of 100% calcium bentonite clay, which is well-known for its very absorbent and unique detoxifying properties.

All you do is mix it with water (or milk or apple cider vinegar) and apply it to your face. Once hydrated, this clay swells open like an immensely-absorbent sponge and its electrical components change to a strongly negative charge – giving it the power to literally soak up and bind positively-charged toxins, heavy metals, impurities, and chemicals through electric attraction.

Blackheads – as well as whiteheads and pimples – don’t stand a chance.

Just keep in mind when you’re using this clay that metal can make the clay less effective so use a wooden or plastic spoon to scoop and mix. Also, this blackhead mask can be dehydrating – it really sucks everything out of your skin so once you’ve washed it off, be generous with the moisturizer. Your skin will thank you.

This one’s yet another clay mask – with a twist: it bubbles while on your face.

And not only is having a crazy, fizzy bubbling mask on your face a lot of fun, but it goes deep into your pores to thoroughly clear out deep-seated gunk while simultaneously stimulating the surface of your skin to slough off dead skin cells.

This blackhead removing mask feels awesome and really soaks up excess oil but leaves your skin feeling supple and hydrated. Your pores feel cleaner, look tighter, and you’ll notice a definite difference, especially if you had a lot of blackheads to begin with. It really is the bubbles.

Plus, it has a really cool, albeit ridiculously long name: Elizavecca Milky Piggy Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask. Now that’s a mouthful.

Just remember to close the jar quickly since the mask reacts with the air to produce the bubbles – and you want this to happen while it’s on your face, not the jar! Also, keep in mind that having a whole bunch of bubbles forming on your face can be wildly ticklish. Try not to scratch it, okay?

Oh, and you’ll be tempted to looks at your lumpy, grey, bubbly face in the mirror every few seconds a crack up. You’ve been warned.

  1. I used bentonite clay mask for the first time. I have pimples and alot of blackheads all over my nose, cheeks, chin and forehead. I simply took some bentonite clay, mixed it in water (its better to use water and not acv if u have dry skin) and applied it to the trouble zones. Keep in mind that if you steam your face first it will loosen the pores and clay will be able to draw more impurities out. I washed the mask off with warm water and noticed some of the blackheads were stuck to the clay. Although it didnt remove alot of blackheads but it still made my skin glow. Will definitely recommend it.
